I left the Thai Serene Massage feeling like I had wasted my money. I had been previously and had good experiences. The masseuse did not introduce themselves, ask my concern areas and pressure preference. It was extremely light touch for a deep tissue massage, then when I asked for more pressure it felt like I was having a Thai massage. Barely any attention to hands and head and no foot massage included. It also felt like there was no routine to the massage and certain pressure points were missed
