Excellent all round. I had a lot of knots and stiffness around my shoulders, and Supha worked these out expertly. It hurt a bit at times, but I’m still feeling the benefits days later.

As always Supta was lovely and welcoming. The massage was great. She even gave me some herbal compress to take home!

Nui was her usual caring and professional self but the room was so cold from start to finish. I was in my swimming costume and she was in a black t shirt and leggings. Everything time she uncovered part of my body that bit froze. In the end I finished 10 min early so as to get dressed. Today I have a cold!
