Very professional. She asked about problem areas and adjusted massage to suit my needs , enquiring through the massage about the pressure, was it too hard etc. The room is a decent size and the ambience relaxing. She uses oils, which is OK by me, so if you don't want oil in your hair then let her know. I will definitely return. Best massage i've had in ages!

However, she gave me head massage for 15 mins which was too long and I didn't like it.
