Maya asked if I had particular areas that were tight, aching, of needed work. She found them, found some others I wasn’t aware of, and used her heels and feet initially to work through the tightest and toughest spots before reverting to hands, arms, and elbows. She got stuck into the areas I’d mentioned, taking time to work through them with focus rather than just going through a set routine. I came out relaxed, loose, a bit tender, but I haven’t shut up about it since. Excellent.
