I have had a couple of visits now and on all occasions I have been very happy with the treatment that I have received. The therapists have always spoken throughout asking for feedback on the massage and although deep tissue can be painful (especially for those of us with some tight shoulders!) it has always left me feeling refreshed.
I haven't had any problems finding the venue.. and the cafe has proven really useful when I have arrived on the early side and needed somewhere to sit for 15 / 20 mins and enjoy a good coffee.

I would recommend this venue to anyone. The staff were extremely welcoming and made you feel very relaxed. The venue had a very authentic feel to it. The treatment itself is bespoke; you can request they spend more time on specific areas which is great. 5 STARS

I was about 10min late because I booked for 5.30pm but somehow the confirmation email I received said my appointment was 5.15pm. However the therapist still gave me a whole hour of massage and was very friendly too. My foot is much happier now after the treatment and I would have given it 5 starts if the venue is a little prettier, but it's one of the best value places in central london overall. I will be back.
Another amazing massage here at Thai London Therapy. Some therapists are better than others but the one I had this time was excellent. Without question the best massage therapist I have had in the UK. Will return.

I have had a Thai couple massage with my boyfriend in Marilebone and the experience has been amazing, the staff is very professional and I was feeling very relaxed and happy after it.
The only negative point is the fact that the massage centre is located just on a gym and during the massage you sometimes hear people downstairs bunging with a very bad noice!! and this absolutely ruins all the atmosphere.
