Excellent service as always. This was the first time in one of the rooms in the new salon downstairs, I'm usually upstairs. This location is as nice inside with the bonus that you don't need to walk through the gym.
The massage was up to the usual high standard that you always get at London Thai Therapy.

My therapist was really good - she asked a few times if the pressure was ok (it was perfect) and she found the area that needed most work (my shoulders) without me having to tell her and did a great job there, even going to get some hot stones to work out the knots (I had only booked a Thai massage - no hot stones). I last had a Thai massage in Thailand and, in terms of the therapist's technique, I would say there was not much difference between Thailand and my therapist. It was quite a painful massage but in a good way, as other reviewers have said, which is exactly what I wanted.
However, I think the ambience of the salon could be improved. Having read other reviews before booking I was ready to hear a bit of noise while in my room so this didn't surprise me. However, I can only give ambience 3 stars as there was a lot of noise from the corridor, not from the gym, as others have said, but it seemed to be from other customers and massage therapists. This is understandable as people are going to say goodbye and thank you as they leave (although I also heard what I think was another therapist shouting what sounded like 'Malcolm, can you help me?!' from the room across the corridor), but I think the therapy rooms' walls should be better soundproofed in light of this. Also, the music playing during my massage came from an iPhone in the corner of the room. A nicer effect would be actual speakers giving a more surround sound effect which could also mask a bit more of the noise from outside. But this is just constructive criticism and I believe they have recently altered the premises so hopefully these issues will be ironed out soon enough.
I will be returning though, for the quality of the massage. Thank you!

The staff were friendly, skillful and professional. The only minor drawbacks were the entrance via the gym and the massage ended slightly earlier than the full hour promised. Would recommend this place but probably keep an eye on ensuring the full treatment time delivered.
