we went for a couples massage and one massage was good and one was not so good. one of the therapists kept talking and laughing which did not help in creating a relaxing atmosphere. her massage also seemed quite rushed probably as it was the last slot of the day and she kept disappearing from the room so my partner did not get his full hour really.
my therapist did a good job however and i would have awarded her 5 stars but as my partner was not satisfied with his experience i can only give 2 stars overall.
will probably not book the last slot again and boom separately to avoid having two therapists having a chat while providing the treatment.

This wasn't my first visit to Thai London so I knew what to expect and had high hopes. I've always rated 5 star, and only took a star off this time to give some constructive feedback so Thai London stays as amazing as it is! The towel in my room to cover me was quite cold and rough, and the therapist didn't wash her hands well before touching my scalp, so I ended up with very oily hair afterwards. This wasn't a massive issue and wouldn't stop me going back for what I believe is the best massage in London, but I'm leaving the comments just to give an honest account :)

I went there to release some tightness over my legs and it helped. Although it hasn't even fully relaxing as l wished it to be. Nice experience overall.
