My massage was absolutely amazing. I have been many times before but had a lady called Linda do my massage this time. She did a thai massage but incorporated hot stones. Do ask for her when you go.

Great place , a girl who gave me a massage - Sap defiantly knew what she is doing ! I felt so much better after . Nice and cozy envitoment , I would defiantly recommend to visit . Also great value for the price .

Fantastic couples massage . The staff were really attentive and the hot stones were spot on. Some slight background noise from next doors gym was a little annoying.

I've been coming here regularly over the last few years (previously once every fortnight and now once a month or two), when it was still a small-ish business and the owner, Yana, was a therapist. I've had a few other great therapists but, on the odd occasion, the massages have not been that great, particularly as my preferred therapists have left. The service, however, isn't great. I have always had to wait 15-30 minutes, in some cases with no apology and never any offer of any additional treatment to compensate. To top it off, Yana always makes a point of asking me to make sure I'm on time (I'm usually 5-10 minutes early) and to make sure that I turn up! Yesterday, I had to wait 30 minutes having been asked to delay my appointment already by 30 minutes a couple of hours beforehand. Then when I come to pay, I was asked to pay in cash whilst their machine wasn't working temporarily (nobody had told me to bring cash), which delayed my further by another 15 minutes whilst they worked out how I could pay. Given the inconvenience recently, I'm considering whether or not to come back again or pay a bit more and go somewhere else.
