The massage itself was nice but there were some issues affecting my overall experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and I was invited to have a seat before the start of my massage. When it was time to start my massage, I was gestured to walk into one of the massage rooms by the gentleman at the front desk and one of the masseuses (not the one who ended up giving me my massage though). They had been speaking in Thai among themselves previously, which is fine, but somehow there was a miscommunication because the room they asked me to step into was dark and it turned out I interrupted someone else's massage by walking in (as instructed by the staff). The masseuse inside that room came out immediately and angrily started shouting something in Thai (I assume she was upset at the fact that her session had been interrupted). The two staff members who had directed me to walk into that room again started talking among themselves without any regard for me; eventually, after a couple of minutes, the gentleman apologised for making me enter the wrong room and asked me to have a seat again. In another 5 minutes, the right masseuse invited me to walk into the right massage room and from there on the rest of the massage was enjoyable, except for the fact she ended the massage promptly at 6:30pm even though we didn't actually get started until 6:07-6:10 because of the circumstances mentioned previously. I feel like I didn't get the full 30 minutes of massage as a result of their own misunderstanding. Also, the massage was supposed to be bespoke but the masseuse didn't ask me if I wanted anything in particular, she just started a classic Thai massage right away. It was good, although a bit strong for my taste, but the issue is that I didn't get asked what I prefer.

Pretty good massage, really relaxing but tough enough to release tension! Nice environment with lovely friendly staff. Good value for money. I will return regularly to help with my back pain.

This time I screwed up the booking so I had no appointment when I turned up. They were busy but somehow managed to fit me in. The massage was to the usual high standard
