Overall, the facial treatment was good. We really enjoyed the experience however the room was too hot and nothing was done about it. The staff were friendly and therefore I would go again.

the place was really nice and relaxing. they were open until very late, which is always very practical comparing to other places that close at 6.30pm. The only thing I'd improve is communication with the staff, as we had not understood each other correctly and she didn't do the waxing in the way I wanted it to be.
