They have made an effort with this place to create a welcoming and pleasing environment / ambience - but for all that it is still not a glamorous or polished venue. But why should you care about the superficialities? Here is where you will get an authentic and genuinely therapeutic massage. The vigour, attention to detail and quality is outstanding. I had the two hour bespoke massage - which is absolutely unbeatable in terms of value for money. After my massage the masseuse was concerned enough to highlight a couple of body issues I had - and simple exercises I could incorporate into my daily life to help resolve them. This is the real deal.
After reading the great reviews on here, I decided to book a massage. I found that the place is a unhygienic, the massage couch tissue roll was small, so all the time my body was in contact with the leather massage couch itself, who god knows how many people have laid on it before. As for the massage itself, it was strange. The woman kept lifting her whole body and jumped on my back and legs, I was very uncomfortable.
The lady doing the waxing was inexperienced. My hair was short but she said she would try anyway. She covered a large area and then very clumsily pulled at it. The wax broke into pieces, which she then tried to prise then cut off. The pain was excruciating. I've had waxing so many times and I never minded the pain. But this was something else. I had to ask her to stop. But worst of all she went on, even after i asked her repeatedly to stop. I've never actually felt afraid but this incredibly inexpert and obstinate handling actually just made me want to run for the door. When i asked if i could have s refund or come back later they said no. Don't go unless you want to be tortured and pay for it.
