It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. There was a confusion when I first spoke to the reception lady, but she was nice about it. To go to the massage room you go outside, and then up some steps through a gym -which isn't very relaxing. I don't think I will be going again, but it's certainly not a bad place. The staff are nice. I just wish the massage was better!
