The lady doing the waxing was inexperienced. My hair was short but she said she would try anyway. She covered a large area and then very clumsily pulled at it. The wax broke into pieces, which she then tried to prise then cut off. The pain was excruciating. I've had waxing so many times and I never minded the pain. But this was something else. I had to ask her to stop. But worst of all she went on, even after i asked her repeatedly to stop. I've never actually felt afraid but this incredibly inexpert and obstinate handling actually just made me want to run for the door. When i asked if i could have s refund or come back later they said no. Don't go unless you want to be tortured and pay for it.

Was given a lovely leg massage during the facial, however the facial itself didnt involve any extraction which was a little disapointing

The appointment started late which was perhaps more the fault of a previous client arriving late than anything else. The therapist who did my treatment was lovely - very friendly and professional. She was extremely thorough and did what she could to minimise the pain with clever technique. I enjoyed the calming thai-spa-esque background music.
