I've been here a few times as the massages are generally pretty good, though if I'm honest, this one was a bit so-so. The lady rubbed tiger balm on my back without asking, so kinda felt my skin stinging for a large part of the massage, and the noise from the reception area made it not so relaxing. I'll probably find another massage venue now.

Made a booking for 9:30am but when I arrived the place was closed! Had to call them to remind them that I had an appointment only to be told that due to winter time change they got it wrong. 30min later the place was opened and was told to go to a room to get myself ready. The room was freezing and not a relaxing environment. By far the worst experience I've ever had! Will never return and I won't recommend the place
