nothing extravagant, i had to wait couple of minutes and my appointment was reschedule without any call from the studio but done just by Treatwell without any consultation which i found extremely unprofesional

The massage started around 10 minutes late, but the shop informed me beforehand by text.

The Facial I received was very pleasant, I was treated nicely and the service was good. The only bad thing is that they had a problem with my appointment, and first they kept me waiting in the venue, and later they asked my if I could return later in the evening. Fortunately, I was not in a hurry so I didn't mind it. They tried to compensate it with another treatment, so they were really attentive and friendly with me.

Great. Booked last minute but was welcomed by name, taken straight to the room for my massage. Firm pressure which was just what I needed for the knots in my shoulders and upper back.

I've been before and it all comes down to whether you like Thai massage or not. Thai massages are quite hard and aggressive and even though I asked for it to be softer I still ended up a little battered. My back feels better though but god I wish it was gentler.
