Massage was nice, however the masseuses were talking throughout the massage which somewhat ruined the ambience and experience. Have been here a few times now, though I'm not sure if I will be back after that rather unprofessional experience.

This was my 4th time having a hollywod wax here and though the final job was good, it was unfortunately quite an unpleasant experience. My previous two visits I've had ladies I hadn't seen before and they both used a technique which was slow and painful, going over and over the same area's. Both times, there was still a fair amount of wax remaining, fortunately this time I asked her to come back and remove it. I had such a positive experience on my first two visits, however it seems they have a fast staff turn around which could mean their technique isn't quite up to scratch.
