One hour before the treatment I got an SMS informing me that the team was running 15 min late. When I arrived nobody was at the reception and no message was left on the counter. Two customers arrived after me and took sit.. The therapists were no 15, but 25 min late on my appointment and obviously they were running late for the other two clients. Since the customer after me complained the team started speaking alarmed in their own native language and worked out that putting me after this boy was the best solution. In total I waited for 45 minutes! The massage was awesome but the team should definitely learn a little bit more about customer service, communication and problem solving. I know problems can happen any time (I worked myself in a salon) but one should solve them with fairness and class.
Great massage. The staff were friendly and very keen to get all the knots out of my back. They genuinely know what they are doing and would certainly go back again!
