Unusually this visit didn't work out. I had booked a 90 minute treatment but through a genuine error got only an hour. I have been promised that I will be given the missing 30 minutes as an addition to my next booking. Not really satisfactory.

I've been here twice, and both times they had to reschedule my appointment last minute due to being understaffed. Really disappointing when you've been looking forward to it after a long day. That said, the massage was good, and good value.
