My boyfriend and I went to the Marylebone branch for a couple's massage in the double treatment room. We were both given wonderful firm Thai massages by our two clearly very skilled therapists. The premises are small but it is a clean, professional and calm environment. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return!

The therapists were lovely and really did a great job. The main let down was the receptionist who was very short and curt. She didn't give us any information with regards to the delay and we were just waiting until we were told to go for our massage. The massage staff were really warm and kind but a lot of the time we weren't able to hear their instructions and then were just moved. It would be good in the future to be greeted and welcomed by more friendlier staff and also more communicative therapists. Overall, we still liked the actual time getting a massage, just not the delay and the other service.
