Not a fancy spa - what you're paying for is a really excellent massage - not aromatherapy candles and robes. It was exactly what I wanted - 2 hours of expert massage and stretching to relieve job induced tension. Recommended.

One of my favourite treatments in the world, and such good value. Indulge in the 90 minute version if you can, as 30 minutes of massage just doesn't seem enough. I booked myself in after a seriously hard workout, which should have left me stiff for days, but I floated out of there and never did suffer the side effects of too much exercise!
