I booked the couples massage with my friend and was very happy with the service. They adapted the massage to each of our preferences, were very polite and appropriate and the room was pleasant and comfortable.

Terrible service, I was advised with only an hour's notice that my appointment was to be cancelled with no real apology. This is the second time they have cancelled my appointment at short notice and they don't even bother to give a good excuse. I will not be using them again due to this appalling customer service.
