I was greeted by Y who left me to get changed before commencing the deep tissue massage. I had a painful back following a strain and running 5k the day after. She was very competent and found all the places that really hurt straight away. It was the best, most thorough deep tissue massage I have ever had. Thoroughly recommended. I will return for another session in a few weeks.
