I have been to Kim for all my waxing ( chocolate wax is awesome )and pedicures for years and she is so amazing my teenage girls are now regulars . Kim is always welcoming and makes you feel at ease especially when my girls had their first experience of waxing ! A true professional .

Very upset. Sent pictures of what i wanted, got lashes way more dramatic with barely any explanation of the change, i was pushed to tears. During, lashes got stuck together which was quite painful as she pulled them apart. And she denys all of it.
