Kim knows what she's doing and we had a laugh, realising I'd previously gone to her sister for the same treatment a year ago but Kim is closer to my home!
She is friendly and chatty while working efficiently.
I had ear candling because I have a problem with an ear that does not stay unblocked for long and even after this treatment it is still blocked. The other ear cleared just fine so there is obviously something deeper in my ear that candling does not reach and I need further advice.

Always 5 star! Kim is not local to me by any means but I like to make the journey to her salon because of the quality of her treatments. She is absolutely great and knows her stuff. Will be back soon!
