I checked the prices for services in Fresha app and decided to call to confirm. The girl on the phone confirmed the prices and booked me in. As soon as I arrived at the salon, she immediately started telling me that she had made a mistake and that the prices were completely different. I said that I would pay the prices listed in the app (I even showed her a screenshot); otherwise, I would just leave. She did one service at the price I showed, but I decided not to go ahead with the second service because the price was double. The girl was very polite and kept repeating that the owner had mixed up the prices. Overall, my review is not very positive
Been here a few times and left happier than ever. Best services and professional staff with great hospitality and kind attitude. Would definitely recommend booking here for anyone else
Wonderful work.🪻 Ghazal did a stunning job; my hair is beautifully cut and coloured.
I went in today for highlights and a haircut and was a little hesitant since it’s a new salon, but wow — I was pleasantly surprised! Maryam did my hair and she did an amazing job. She was very friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. I’m so happy they’re local to me because I’ll definitely be going back again x
I truly want to express my deepest appreciation for Ghazal and her incredible talent.
She is extraordinarily skilled, experienced, and genuinely artistic in her work. My hair had been severely damaged due to multiple dark dye treatments, and I was told by several salons that nothing could be done anymore. They said it was impossible to remove the color or safely apply a new one.
But Ghazal worked magic.
With the least possible damage, she restored my hair, carefully removed the old color, and applied a beautiful new shade — something others had said was completely impossible. Her precision, knowledge, and artistic vision are simply on another level.
I am truly grateful to have Ghazal not only as a professional specialist but also as a true artist by my side. Distance means nothing to me — whenever needed, I will gladly travel from London to Manchester just to trust my hair to her talented hands.
Highly recommended without hesitation.
