I checked the prices for services in Fresha app and decided to call to confirm. The girl on the phone confirmed the prices and booked me in. As soon as I arrived at the salon, she immediately started telling me that she had made a mistake and that the prices were completely different. I said that I would pay the prices listed in the app (I even showed her a screenshot); otherwise, I would just leave. She did one service at the price I showed, but I decided not to go ahead with the second service because the price was double. The girl was very polite and kept repeating that the owner had mixed up the prices. Overall, my review is not very positive
