I came for a trim, so didn't have high expectations. John was very polite and did what he was asked to. I wanted to cut the tips to refresh my hair, but didn't want to lose a lot of length, which he respected. However, as a result he cut off even less than I expected. Just a small miscommunication mostly on my part.
Next time I would try to be more clear in my request, and John could double check with the client the length he is intending to cut off :)
