No welcoming chat, sat for ten minutes after being asked to sit(I was early but felt quite uncomfortable). Stylist wasn’t confident with my hair so had to wait for another to start it. Stylist was very nice once we got over the initial, I can’t do that. Was an ok experience but wouldn’t go back. Also charged the full amount after the experience of no confidence.
