tried to resolve this via the salon but 1 manager stopped replying via email even though I sent photos and he agreed my hair wasn't good, but his excuse was the stylist was "inexperienced" and the second manager was basically not interested and told us to go through treatwell. so I would avoid this salon at all costs as their level of customer service is atrocious.

John was really lovely and very efficient. I am pleased with my hair. The salon is well spaced out to stop the spread of the virus and all staff are very friendly.

Jodie was lovely and I’m very pleased with my haircut. She gave me a nice wee head massage during the shampoo which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend
