The haircut was fine and well executed but not what I asked for. I wanted my hair cut to my jaw but only got it to my shoulders, when I’d specifically asked for it at my jaw. Maybe this was on my part since it was only a dry hair cut but when I did ask for it shorter the hairdresser replied saying it was the length I asked for. The appointment took a little more than 30 mins when should have been an hour slot so it felt very rushed.
Overall a nice salon but I’m unsatisfied

People were friendly enough, I brought a picture in with me of what I wanted and it looked like I got very little done. I got appointment with a treatwell deal maybe if you pay full price you get what you ask for?

John was amazing, did a really good job and actually cared about whether I was satisfied with the result. Also got a wee head massage which was unexpected and very relaxing
