Charlotte was amazing!! I was in a lot of pain due to my back and neck and charlotte really helped me in a time of need, she was very considerate of the pain and helped me work through the parts of the massage that were particularly painful. She also went above and beyond with different techniques that weren't necessarily apart of the specific booking I requested. Will go again and recommend to friends
