Aside from having to climb all those stairs which truthfully, isn't that tedious in the slightest. Everything is 5 stars. You are made to feel comfortable. My appt slot is always on time (So don't be late, or you risk losing time with the beautician, which means "not so thick" lashes). Also 5 mins before the finish time, you will be asked if your satisfied or want your lashes even fuller. And lastly, the lashes are of top quality.
I have always left feeling satisfied.

I came once before and liked the result. The 2nd time I went somewhere else just to compare but didn't like it and went back to Tasha's as I'm getting married next week. This time I was really disappointed. There was hardly any lift and I was just told: maybe it's because you went somewhere else and did it too much. However when I first had them done it was the therapist who said it works even better if you have it done a few times as your lashes get used to the lift and stay in shape. This wasn't true...
