I have visited many of the top lash studios in London and this is by far the best. The shape and lengths are perfect and full, and time is always taken to ensure they are applied to suit my eye shape. Plus they are all so lovely as an added bonus.

The staff were perfectly friendly and welcoming, and Magda was perfectly pleasant.
I think the place is quite new, so it's not entirely furbished yet. The treatment room is underground, and very clean. It wouldn't be described as luxury, but it was enough for what I needed.
What I'm confused about is my lash lift. I finished the treatment, and looked in the mirror, and there was hardly a "lift" or curl to my lashes. There was a slight lift compared to beforehand, but I can't really see much of a difference (and I have long lashes). Even Magda was confused, and couldn't explain why. Judging from others' results online and people I know, there is supposed to be a more dramatic lift. I'm annoyed to be honest that I paid that amount of money for a very mediocre result. And I can understand if it wasn't Magda's fault for whatever reason. However, there wasn't really an effort to rectify it.
Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience. But the treatment itself didn't work, and I wasn't offered anything to repair the issue.
