I’ve never in my life experienced so many ingrowns from a waxing appointment. If you have sensitive skin or are susceptible to getting ingrowns, I wouldn’t recommend getting a wax here. The application, and method was so off :(

I rang up was quoted £45. I had to pay a £20 deposit. I ended up paying a total of £75 which is ridiculous! I am a very shy introverted person so I didn’t speak up despite being disgusted at the huge price difference.
I was told the curls would 100% stay in my hair for graduation. They didn’t stay. I redid the curls myself before my graduation which caused me extra unnecessary stress on my special day.
What was the point in paying £75 for the style to not last. I would like a refund asap
