My skin has been ripped off with the wax.It is painful and looks horrible. It is on my upper lip, chin and neck. There is no email to contact for compensation and the salon is closed for the next two days so I don’t know where to complain. I have taken photos of the damage to my skin as large areas have been affected on my face.

I was quite disappointed with the pedicure, it seems when you don't want polish they don't really want to do it.
I was expecting for them to buff & polish my nails as I wasn't having polish which they didn't, I was left with one very sore toe which was cut when trimming my cuticles. I think the worst thing was the 3 ladies in the shop spent the entire time I was there speaking in there native language & did not make any effort to speak to me in english!
