Simone is great, very knowledgeable on Electrolysis ( i mentioned having PCOS) and very professional. She makes the treatment run smoothie and is very attentive to details. I will definitely be returning regularly.

Underarm wax was fine, Hollywood was really not good, not much effort to actually remove the hair or do a proper Hollywood wax, it was basically just the bikini area and line. Really disappointing
