It was a strange experience. Like the therapist (Simone) was trying to communicate as little as possible. I was in and out in 30 mins for a treatment that was supposed to be 60 mins so there would have been plenty of time for a longer consultation. She didn't acknowledge what I was saying about what I wanted. I had no idea if she'd heard/understood! I tried to get confirmation with no success. Lashes turned out ok but cheap looking, I won't be going back as it was quite unpleasant.
