I felt like a chicken being processed in a factory. I am really disappointed as my first visit here was much better. My facial and massage were rushed and it just felt so budget. The facial was rushed and I was moved from room to room. The beautician kept going off to do things with other customers during my treatments

Despite making an appointment I was made to wait quite a while so finally when I got to the nail bar I was already sceptical. The staff were very friendly and nice. My pedicure was brilliant - she did a really good job. She got the shape spot on and cut my cuticles nicely. My gel nails are half done well and half not. My left hand and left foot is neat and all the polish stayed within the nail. My right hand and right foot is a bit all over the place with pink shellac on my skin as well as my nails. But I think I’d still go back I’ll just keep an eye on my nails while they’re being done next time so I can point out anything I don’t like. There was one point where I asked for an extra coat on one nail. The women were very nice and did it instantly.

I had a lovely overall experience at Tanz. The place was clean and comfortable. I had a Hollywood hot wax and Definition brows by Oanna who was very professional, friendly and helpful. She done a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will be going back for more treatments soon.
