The consultant was lovely and proficient, the salon was ok and the treatment was as expected, but the results were not as good as I’ve had elsewhere. A bit disappointed really

Overall massage was ok, I found the masseuse focused more on lower back and mostly to the right better if you swap sides half way. Would have preferred more attention on the neck and between shoulder blades. Unfortunately two things made it hard to relax; strong white lights were left on for the first half of the session and there was alot of background noise from the salon.

So I left yesterday feeling mixed about my experience, everyone was very friendly and the salon was very clean. But the facial waxing was horrific, she was so rough on my skin it was hurting so much, and to my surprise I’ve woken up this morning with skin missing on my chin!! And I was so upset when she made a phone call halfway through my treatment, so unprofessional and unsafe. And to top it off she had to ask me if I wanted lotion? Waking up this morning to my red skin I’m sure I will absolutely not recommend! - I get facial waxed weekly btw

I felt like a chicken being processed in a factory. I am really disappointed as my first visit here was much better. My facial and massage were rushed and it just felt so budget. The facial was rushed and I was moved from room to room. The beautician kept going off to do things with other customers during my treatments

Despite making an appointment I was made to wait quite a while so finally when I got to the nail bar I was already sceptical. The staff were very friendly and nice. My pedicure was brilliant - she did a really good job. She got the shape spot on and cut my cuticles nicely. My gel nails are half done well and half not. My left hand and left foot is neat and all the polish stayed within the nail. My right hand and right foot is a bit all over the place with pink shellac on my skin as well as my nails. But I think I’d still go back I’ll just keep an eye on my nails while they’re being done next time so I can point out anything I don’t like. There was one point where I asked for an extra coat on one nail. The women were very nice and did it instantly.
