I am getting waxed once in two months for the last 15 years and I have never had a worse experience than this one. The lady who was both the receptionist and the wax specialist (I wonder what else does she do there) had obviously no training. The place was dirty and there is an absolute lack of etiquette. The client after me had to wait for half an hour because the lady who was doing the waxing didn't simply couldn't do her job in half an hour.
I have booked a Hollywood and half leg wax. I was wise enough to not let her finish the Hollywood because I had I got burnt with the wax (yeah!) and she would go over the same part of the skin for more than 5 times giving me horrible pain and a rash. The lighting was awful and except of not knowing which direction one must apply the wax she couldn't even see how much hair is left. I had to stop her 3 times and take the strip from her hands and do it myself because she would applying too much strength on the most sensitive areas and and I was ready to cry from the pain! At some point she asked me to check her job thinking that she is done and I had more than half a leg of hair still there... I mean seriously, you don't do this having a salon in the centre of London. It's a shame! at the end of the therapy I was left alone to take the wax out of my body (!) as if it wasn't her job. She was ready to send me home with the wax on my legs not trying to take it off by oil, so I had to ask for oil and do it myself. It was too obvious that she had no training and does not know the basics of wax therapy. I ran away from that place as soon I could. Waste of money and the worst experience and bruises for a month!
I will be tempted to check her certificate and see if she had any training at all.

The tan was great but was a bit annoyed to find out o had to pay an extra £7 on top of £28 as the £28 was just a "light base".

Dirty dirty dirty. Used old waxing sticks, room definitely unclean. Burnt me in some places. I would not go back here. I also think it's expensive relative to many other places in the area. Keep looking. However the staff were nice just not the kind of salon I would ever return to.
My second time at the venue but first time for waxing. The location is good and easy to find but i found the saloon quite dirty and not happy at all to relax and have my treatment there. Don t think I will come back there!

Grubby salon, nothing looked clean. Shocking service, staff were disinterested at best and occasionally rude. Really disappointing. Give it a miss.
