A little bit back alley, and I did think for a moment that I was going to have a final destination moment in the tanning machine, but thankfully made it out alive!
The worst experience at a beauty salon- my friend and I were browsing for massage offers and discovered the place. We were greeted by a not so friendly receptionist who motioned us to go straight to the treatment room which was in the basement on the day, and we were embarrassed to find that the previous customer was still changing in the room! When it was finally our turn, we discovered that there were only one male and one female masseurs available on the day, which we weren't told prior to the visit. Instead of assisting to resolve the problem, the receptionist went on about not being able to give any refund straight away and that I should wait at a coffee shop nearby for my friend to finish. An hour later, my friend left feeling very disappointed at her desired sports massage which turned out to be light touches on her back and legs. I wouldn't waste my time nor money if you were after some good massages and customer service!
Simple straightforward salon. Good gel nails at a decent price for simple gel nails.

I think all the comments below explain well the kind of bad experience you can have at this salon. Please Wahanda, stop doing business with such a non-hygienic, unpolite and thief place. There is trust involved in when we book through your application, and such a bad salon might make you loose many clients.
