Goldi's facial was wonderful. She took really good care of me and my skin felt so fresh from the treatment. Highly recommend 👌🏽

The manicurist could not perform a simple french manicure, did not have equipment for it. When spoken of the wanted design, she could not communicate in English and was not able to answer my questions. Not sure if the tools she used were hygienic and sterilised before my use. Not sure if the lady had certificates to perform gel polish manicures.
On a positive note, the manager noticed the issue and refunded me the money for the poor quality service.

My overall experience was okay, everyone was very friendly. Niss was friendly and took his time making extra care. It did feel a bit rushed at the end as a different person came to cut and style the front of my hair which was shorter then I liked
