My overall experience was okay, everyone was very friendly. Niss was friendly and took his time making extra care. It did feel a bit rushed at the end as a different person came to cut and style the front of my hair which was shorter then I liked

Fara did an excellent job on my perm. However there was a very rude man who was interfering with what she was doing and also spoke to me in an intimidating manner. Not sure what his name was. This ruined my at the salon
