I've booked with the senior stylist and ended up with a barber who was not used to cut women's hair. Booked for 1 hour treatment and stayed there more than 2 hours due to the very long service. Quite disappointing.

I wish I could have a Mari everywhere I go! She was absolutely perfect, beyond what I expected. I really needed a strong massage and she read my body better than myself, knowing where to put some effort and how. When 60’ wasn’t enough she was kind enough to extend the massage to make sure all areas had been taken care of.
I highly recommend and would absolutely nook her again when in Brum again.

Lovely athmosphere and a great pedicure. Thorough and high quality. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience with a lovely therapist who made me very comfortable throughout. Would recommend.
