Tandis provided me with an excellent experience. Despite an issue with the booking system, which resulted in my appointment being moved by 20 minutes, I was made welcome by Milan, who apologised and made me a great coffee. The haircut and beard trim was exceptional. Marie then provided me with a soothing back, shoulders and neck massage, before providing a very thorough facial. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thank you so much, I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Overall the service was good, just didn't like the final look of my acrylic nails, but I do believe the Lady is training so someone should be working with her, so she can learn the best way to execute her work
