Lovely experience there, I had really long hair and was worried about cutting it so short but the staff were so careful and ensured I was 100% happy at all times. Also walked away with a few free samples, which was a nice surprise, along with a lollipop. Will definitely go back!

I have two sides to this --- I was really happy with the end result of my hair cut, which is really the most important part. The experience was really strange and overall I wouldn't want it again. I walked in and the guy on the front desk invited me to take a seat at the back. I sat down and the two women (one was the hairdresser and one seemed to be her friend) just looked at me and eventually said they'd get going on my hair in a minute. I just felt like I was an inconvenience from there on out. At one point the guy from the front desk (who was super nice) but he was clumsily drying my hair while my hairstylist went to help another hairstylist do another woman's hair in the middle of my appointment! I had paid for a blow dry so I was really confused and annoyed, frankly. I stopped him and asked whether the hair stylist was going to do the blow dry. She said she was coming back and did it, and did a great job in the end. So, like I say, I was pleased with my hair but had a pretty bad experience and believe you will be treated as a valued customer elsewhere.
