I required my hair to be restyled, Joe was the stylist with whom I booked my starting with. Joe it is quite skilled at not only men's hair styling but also making you feel relaxed and welcome. I did arrive slightly early for my pre booked appointment but was booked in for another member of staff who was quite polite and directed me to the waiting area. There was another member of staff there didn't seem that bothered to try and communicate and upon leaving I did say to her thank you and goodbye and never got a response I think unfortunately she found her mobile phone more fascinating. I would say that my overall experience was excellent and my treatment was carried out fully a professionally and I would be returning for my third styling soon

Despite paying for the senior stylist that is not who cut my hair. I waited for over 20 mins and the haircut took 10 mins (rather than the 30 mins advertised). In terms of quality it is far from good so I will need to go elsewhere to get it corrected. Happy to provide photos if anyone interested.
