I wouldn't use this place again. I went because my usual place didn't have any availability and I really needed the treatments done for a wedding I was going to. Staff were friendly but my eyebrows have never been so abused by a pair of tweezers before.two days later, I have major scabbing around my eyebrows where she plucked away half my skin as well as the hair! I also ended up having to pluck half my leg hair off myself at the end of the waxing.I told her there was hair left and she went and got a pair of tweezers which she kindly gave to me and left the room! To top it off, half leg waxing usually includes your knees but she waxed up to below my knees. I cant even wear a mid length dress without showing my hairy knees! And because English wasn't her first language, it was really difficult to communicate my grievances with her. Again, she was really nice but I would never go back no matter how desperate I was. I would advise the place to take a look at what their nearby competition is offering for similar prices and really take heed.
