Walked in and straight away the woman on reception had a very poor attitude! Looked at me as if I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Ask me what I was there for I said I had a booking a 3PM for acrylic nail removal, she said to take a seat and the nail tech was on her lunch and would be 10/15 mins, this I don’t have a problem with! I know how hard you must work but the pure attitude she had with me and when I said well I booked the appointment for 3PM and I only turned up literally 2 mins before 3PM, I’m sorry but I booked the appointment for that time for a reason and I don’t really expect to wait, like you expected the appointment so someone should be there to see me! The way she rolled her eyes and pulled a face! So unprofessional! Sack her off!! She was enough to put me off and I walked out!! I walk past here all the time and kept wanting to go in but something always stopped me and now I know what it was!!!

The team were so friendly & lovely to chat with making a special effort to talk to my sister who accompanied me. The lady who cut my hair regularly talked me through what she was doing & explained what she thought, what she’d be doing next & just generally made a special effort to make me feel comfortable with what was happening with my hair. I absolutely love love love my cut and would definitely return. Also had the summer bonanza deal with was great value I feel.
Ps. I have never been to a hair dressers before and come out with so little hair on me thanks to the amazing cape😂!

Poor quality and unprofessional. The beautician did not prep the skin at all, she also put the wax on in small uneven patches which was uncomfortable and did not catch all of the hair. I had to ask her to go over both underarms again but this became very painful so had to stop. Then she did not offer any after wax cream - I asked for lotion / cream and she reluctantly found some and gave me a very small amount. Overall a bad experience and the wax was incomplete, I still have visible patchy hair. Definitely overpriced, would not recommend.
