Well kept and clean place and beautiful job at nails. Only problem was that I wasn't asked how I wanted my nails to look(design/colour) etc before she proceed with job, as they didn't have what I wanted in stock. Also, she had said the singular word 'shellac', to which I replied I don't know what shellac is, as this is my second time getting nails. But either ignored or misheard this as a yes, and decided to proceed with giving me shellac treatment. This cost more than the nails I wanted(£25 to now £33)and I still don't know really what I paid for, but mistakes happen, nonetheless. Regardless, the nails I do have are expertly done to perfection and the amount of care and effort put into the treatment, needs praise.

I was welcomed in such a friendly way, the staff were lovely and hospitality was great! 5 stars all around. I’m so pleased with my hair cut, it’s more than what I wanted to achieve! My hair stylist Annette was so bubbly and fun to communicate with! :-)
